Ryan Koenig

Ryan is the Vice President of Dispositions at Vertigo Real Estate Ventures, overseeing sales operations and strategic growth across East Coast markets. Known for strong negotiation skills and closing transactions, he focuses on driving performance, mentoring sales talent, and cultivating key partnerships with investors, lenders, and industry professionals.

Before Vertigo, Ryan co-founded a residential real estate investment firm and established a consulting business specializing in investment strategy and sales mentorship. He joined Vertigo in early 2024 as a Dispositions Associate and quickly advanced through leadership roles including Assistant General Manager and General Manager to Vice President, driven by a consistent track record of delivering results and developing talent.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Ryan studied Business and played lacrosse at the University of Alabama. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, surfing, and traveling.
