Ryan Hammel is a driven Real Estate Professional who is dedicated to achieving outstanding results. With expertise in both residential and commercial properties, Ryan has demonstrated a talent for building strong relationships and utilizing technology to excel in the real estate industry.
Ryan's previous experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Mynd, a venture capital-backed real estate company, and working as an Investor Development Representative with Marcus & Millichap, MMI NYSE, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate on a national level. Now, as General Manager at Vertigo, Ryan brings his diverse skillset and knowledge of both residential and commercial investment transactions to focus on the Southern Colorado territory of Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
Ryan's educational background includes a BA in Economics with a Minor in Business from the University of Arizona, and he has attained a real estate license in Arizona. In addition, Ryan has completed training programs in tax strategies, portfolio management, and asset positioning, further enhancing his expertise and ability to deliver results for his clients.
